Joseph is a lover of all things wine, cooking, and teaching. He started out his career as a backup dancer & singer for Cyndi Lauper and has appeared on The Oprah Winfrey Show, The Rosie Show, and has done a ton of local television and Radio. Maybe you've seen Chef Joe on Spike TV's "Frankenfood"? A graduate of Kendall College in Chicago, and a level 3 Sommelier with the International Sommelier Guild, a standup comic and actor, Joe brings his culinary talents and comedy to each class, dishing up eclectic and inventive marvels to pass the time. Each class with Joe flies by filled with his ongoing chatter, storytelling, and laughter. He engages and creates experiences. His friendly and sociable personality welcomes each student when they walk in the door or show up on the screen. Joe's goal in every class is to make it special and memorable.
